4 Easy PROCESS
Step 01.
Measurements
Get your Floor Plan / Layout Plan ready! We are online based to focus on delivering creative works in the best price and speed to you!
Step 02.
Payment
Get your estimate! First/deposit payment will be used to create an online portal for all of our discussion and files! Site visit can be arranged if required.
Step 03.
Exchange Ideas
Upload all relevant documents (images, drawings, videos) to our online portal. State your design requirements and we will handle the rest!
Step 04.
Renovation
Final design should be completed in 3 weeks, we can quote you for renovation if the site is within Klang Valley, Malaysia.
Frequently Asked Questions
The deposit payment is non-refundable, it will be waived in your first invoice for our service.
Reach out to the developer if it is not in your Sales & Purchase Agreement. If it is not available to you, get the nearest contractor or designer to draft one for you! You can also draft one yourself with a measuring tape or rangefinder.
The first layout plan and moodboard proposal will be ready within 7 days upon confirmation of the details given. For 3D rendering images/visualization will typically take 7~14 days upon confirmation on layout plan & moodboard proposal. Duration also varies to size of project and change of mind.
All services will require full payment upon confirmation of every detail with our designers. No refund policy for any change of mind after confirmation. We put as much effort as how we are paid 😉
